Assembly (Part 2)

Now the fixed shelves have to be cut to size...

First, a small trim to both sides, to remove any Danish Oil on the edges...

The trim off the first short side...

Turn around, and trim to a slightly oversized width

And carefully trim down, until it just fits...

The idea is, the tighter the fit, the less likely there will be unsightly gaps.

Width trimmed to size.

Height trimmed to size.

Both top and bottom shelves are trimmed to size.

Next, we have to trim out the corners on the shelves, so the shelves can sit flat in the rabbits cut for them...
